My friend and I headed out to the Spot Prawn Festival down at False Creek Fishermen’s Warf despite the drizzly cold, but found that the boats had not come in and were running behind. So [...] Starting at bottom of baking pan or casserole dish, layer sliced yellow onions, fish filets, chopped parsley, olive oil/salt/herbs/pepper, and lastly the thinly sliced yukon gold potatoes.
