golden heirloom goodness

Can it be deemed as heavenly, to be lucky enough to eat something so beautiful? I’d say yes :D The tomato was golden a couple of days ago when I bought it, and by today, after sitting in the sun for 1/2 the day, it literally started to blush! It was telling me to eat it too! when I cut it open, I was left breathless and in awe, it blushed inside too!

The flavour was simple and juicy, I don’t know if I can go back to normal tomatoes…

I decided to eat it the simple but elegant way, with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, and a dash of ground chilli for a bit of kick. It was De-lish!
