Frittata with Avocado and Liver Sausage

My creation for brunch today, a frittata of avocado, left over herbed sausage, garlic, fresh sprig of thyme, and a dollop of garlic salsa. I’ve been on a 12 day cleanse, with limited foods I can eat. It’s been a going well, giving me a challenge in getting creative and switching up my somewhat routined repertoire.
