Hello, my name Kai, and I am a chili condiment addict.

Nearly every time i go T&T, I have to check out what new chili product (s) come in. If there is something I’ve not between able to get before of the Hunan or Yunnan cuisine, I have to buy it.

Here is a jar of pickled ‘little rice’ ‘white’ chilis, which is used in both Hunan and Yunnan dishes. Time to host a regional Chinese dinner again :)
